TUDCA, also named tauroursodeoxycholic Acid, it is a natural hydrophilic bile acid. It was first discovered in bear bile as a combination of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and taurine (Taurine). It has antispasmodic, anticonvulsant, anti- Inflammation and gallstone dissolution.
1.TUDCA can increase the secretion of bile acid, change the composition ratio of bile, replace hydrophobic bile acid, and reduce the hydrophobicity of bile.
2.It inhibits the synthesis of cholesterol, reduce the absorption of intestinal cholesterol, and reduce the cholesterol content in bile.
